Talon Wilkinson
Director of Tracking Operations
Talon, along with his father Larry, is a co-owner and founder of Tactical Tracker Training School LLC, a veteran-owned small business dedicated to continuing to pass down the art and science of visual man tracking to military and law enforcement personnel worldwide.
After learning to track at a young age, Talon has over 18 years of tracking experience as a government contractor assisting in the tracking of illegal aliens and drug traffickers along the US/MEX border with US CBP and the National Park Service's Special Rangers. As a military instructor, Talon has worked with the US Army, US Navy, US Air Force, and US Marine Corps for both Combat Tracking and extensive Counter-IED Tracker training. As a law enforcement instructor, he has trained officers from 35 states across the US while acting as an advisor/SME to various agencies to help establish dedicated tracking teams at those agencies.
Establishing Tactical Tracker Training School in 2010 and having trained over 6,500 MIL/LEO personnel across 5 continents and over a dozen countries, Talon has worked tirelessly to continue to evolve the tracking program. As the director of program development for TTTS, Talon has developed the TTTS curriculum to include Tactical Mantracking for Law Enforcement level I-III, The Combat Tracker Program, Combat Tracker C-IED D1 and D2, Rural Surveillance for Law Enforcement, Vehicle and Foot Surveillance for Law Enforcement, as well as the Tracker Survival course while partnering with other training agencies to develop other tracking-specific training to include "Counter Drug Mantracking for Law Enforcement" at the Mid-Atlantic Narcotics Training Academy as well as the Tracking portions of the Pathfinder program for the USIPA-ATC.
Additionally, Talon serves as a surveillance specialist and continues to assist in various military training programs that utilize surveillance tradecraft.

Additionally, Talon is a licensed Part 107 commercial drone pilot. He continues developing skills related to mantracking and other drone operations.
